When one speaks of flights, one automatically thinks of classic scheduled flights. However, private flights are also very popular. These planes, equipped with every comfort, are reserved only for the person who books them and his guests, with no unknown passengers and, therefore, in total privacy.

Travelling on board a private plane means arriving at your destination without any delays, cancellations or checks that would normally force you to arrive early at the airport.
All you have to do is board the private plane and enjoy the journey in total relaxation.

If this topic interests you, discover the most popular private flights and organize your holiday in the best possible way.

    London -Rome

One of the most popular private flights is from London to Rome. The distance between London Biggin Hill Airport and Rome Ciampino is just over 1400 km and can be comfortably covered in less than two hours.
The Italian capital is indeed a perfect destination for a weekend of relaxation, luxury, and good food. There are countless places to visit in the city, and they suit any desire, whether it be visiting museums or relaxing and having fun.

    Liverpool-Glasgow

Using a light or medium jet, you can reach Glasgow in just over an hour from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The distance between the two cities is only 300 km, and the flight offers spectacular views of the English and Scottish countryside.
After landing in Glasgow, you can explore local attractions, such as the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and the Glasgow Science Centre. In addition, the city is famous for its vibrant cultural and music scene, with numerous events taking place throughout the year.

    Glasgow – Palma de Mallorca

Among the popular private flights, it is impossible not to mention the one to Palma de Mallorca flying from Glasgow. The capital of the island of Majorca in Spain is a seaside resort that attracts many tourists from all over the world every year, especially during the summer period.

Here, you can find beautiful seaside landscapes and interesting monuments to visit. It takes approximately three and a half hours (1890 km) to reach Palma de Mallorca from Glasgow Airport.

    London – Mykonos

Another popular island to spend a holiday or just a few days of relaxation and fun is Mykonos, a Greek island in the Cyclades with internationally renowned discos. From London, it is possible to reach Mykonos in about three and a half hours using any type of jet.

In fact, the runways at London Biggin Hill and Mykonos are long enough for even the largest private jets to land. However, it is good to know that a fuel stop is necessary when flying with a light jet, whereas large jets allow direct flights.

    London – Cannes

When talking about popular private flights, it is impossible not to mention Cannes. This city on the French Riviera is world-famous for the international film festival hosted there every year.
Many people, however, choose to spend a few days in Cannes not only to meet the most famous international stars, but also to frequent exclusive beaches, go shopping in the many luxury boutiques or taste the delicious French cuisine.

It takes two hours to get to Cannes from London, but it is preferable to take a light or medium jet for the flight, as Cannes airport has a medium runway.
